Surely agree that every agency not performing within its designated purposes and within its constraints, at a bare minimum, needs all funding used in pursuit of its breeches stopped. If I am not mistaken there are Agencies that have been established that were not specifically noted in the Constitution.
The United States Constitution grants very limited enumerated powers to the federal government reserving all other powers to the respective states and the people. For instance, the Constitution grants no power to the federal government over health or education. The entire Health and Human Services Department and the Department of Education are not within the powers granted by the Constitution to the federal government. Many of the federal agencies at their inception may have been well intended, but that does not make them Constitutional/legal; neither does decades of existence or the blessing of the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court, as history has demonstrated, is not infallible. Most of the unconstitutional functions exercised by the federal government would be better managed and controlled at the state or local level where people have better and more direct input.

I can’t think of a better definition for the nanny state than a government that controls all information that the citizen has access to. Censorship of any kind should never be acceptable in America, but especially when you look at the deplorable character of these people pushing this nanny state. I actually would feel much more comfortable if most of the people, right from the top, we’re not allowed within 500 feet of an elementary school.
Many of these same people had a hand in the suicide of Mathew Perna. On January 6th, 2021 he walked through an open door at the capital, stayed between the velvet ropes, didn’t touch anything, didn’t steal anything, didn’t break anything. He only took pictures. He plead guilty and before sentencing Merrick Garlands justice department threatened to raise charges to terrorism. His obituary said Mathew died of a Brocken heart. His country and justice system killed his spirit and his zest for life.
It takes a very special type of sociopath to drive a person to suicide, go home after a work day filled with destroying the country that took your family in, protected them and gave you a Harvard education and get a sound nights sleep. I can’t tell you how many people I’ve had arguments with over the cruelty these citizens have faced for simply walking through open doors at the capital and they think it’s ok. President Trump did not incite the Jan 6 peaceful protest...it was not an insurrection. People were incesnsed at a totally crooked election. The people who caused the trouble .were the hired goons who got involved...not Trump people. Brutality came from those who had weapons...they beat up some of the election protesters. President Trump told people that they should not cause any trouble. Who opened the doors to let people into the building, where Congress met? Who were all the non-Trump people that knd of steered people to go into the building? It was a total set-up by the new faux administration. and crooked politicians.
So sad how low our government has fallen on every level. If we survive this era, We the People must do a better job of never letting this happen to our country again.
It was pretty disgusting to hear Jen Psaki and others on the ABC channels hyperventilating today that the Supreme Court ruled "for Donald Trump." They apparently don't realize or don't want to admit that the court ruled to uphold the U.S. Constitution.
We treat mass murders better than those who had the courage to express their displeasure without weapons of how DC is being manipulated to distort the Constitution!
George Morrison, a Times journalist stationed in Peking in 1900, reported that he was working in "an atmosphere saturated with lies". He was reputed to be employing numerous secret agents - his own and those of his opponents - in an effort to get at the truth behind current events. We are in a similar position in today's media environment.
The purpose of censorship is not to shut up or shut out dissenting opinions, it is to facilitate shutting up and shutting out dissenting persons. It is not censorship of ideas, it is censorship of ideals that are in opposition to anything the government wants to do.

Congress needs to defund, essentially eliminate the NSF and every federal agency operating not in pursuance of the Constitution.
