Actually, from my experiences with the Social Security Disability Program its SOP. A major bright idea hatches. Congress develops legislation. The bureaucracy develops regs and requests funding. The regs provide details for the program and administion. From there they get space, office fittings, hire, train. Then it goes live. My impression from the testimony is that meeting the requirements for an approval are extensive and formidable. You take it from there.

I wonder when was the last time any department was funded based on line item budget? The larger the department the more flexibility they moving resources around, if they choose. The omnibus appropriations hand out the prior fiscal allotments plus at least 5% if not 15% increases. If this was really a WW pandemic that scared the crap out of congress, they would have been raiding the treasury on concerns for citizen's health to cover the costs. But no, the raid was for the purchase of injection material.

The Electronic Townhall

The most important issue is:

We must preserve the concept that man is created in the image of God, that we are human beings, not animals in a pen.

Citizenship is not about writing letters to elected officials or voting some good person into office who will do the right thing.

Citizenship is about the Ratification or Annulment of each line of every law, rule and regulation on the books or that is on the docket waiting to be turned into law and taxes.

That is what Citizenship is about.

During the 1992 Presidential campaign, Ross Perot made this observation: "a general lack of accountability among elected officials and those in the bureaucracy is the one specific reason that the people in America suffered…. and the only way to hold them accountable is to inspect their work."

Now, it is a known fact that the members of the US Congress and the State Legislatures do not have enough time to read or debate the particulars contained in any of the typically 100 new laws (200 thousand pages) they vote on while in session. And since the duly elected are incapable of evaluating 200 thousand pages of law speak per day they have forfeited their delegated right to represent us.

So, the only way to prevent these over worked and fallible people from making some more tragic mistakes from which we might never recover is to include ourselves, The Citizens, from whom the authority for government comes in the first place, in the decision making process.

How it works:

1. Before a new law, tax, or expenditure can be put on the books it must first be Ratified by the Citizens.

2. Existing laws can be Annulled by the same super majority required to Ratify them.

Ross Perot went on to note that this can easily be done with computers and he called the program: THE ELECTRONIC TOWNHALL, and said, "it is only logical that it will become our Fourth Branch of Government".

This program can be applied to every branch of government and will solve every problem we have at every level.

To prevent chaos, the basic law, our Constitution and Bill of Rights, would be exempt from review.

Mr. Perot speculated that the Founding Fathers would probably have done the same had the technology been available in their day.

If our government truly is of the people, by the people and for the people then this is the only way forward.

How to implement it:

We talk about it until it is done.

We can acquire the text of a recent law and have AI parse its actionable elements, apply a questionnaire that the concerned Citizens can Ratify or Annul. Then distribute the link to the results.

When Human Beings made in the image of God can see the result of their noblest and most sober thoughts, at such a scale, then there will be the moment where Our Benevolence and Good Will shall overcome Evil and then we all live happily ever after.

The biggest difficulty in addressing our government problem is accepting their language. There is no Biden administration. Biden leads nothing. Our rulers are faceless, therefore unaccountable. The problem has to be acknowledged before it is solved.

First, let us say: "the committee that runs Biden". Next let us demand to know the names of the committee members that run Biden.

(People could have certainty about this government issue had they listened to Putin's answer when Tucker asks him if he had contact with Biden. )

Expand full comment

They are not faceless: Here are the folks running the Biden's administration -- the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) - America is "ruled by a single political party.

This NGO, founded in 1921, and bankrolled with globalist's money from the Rockefeller Foundation and J. P. Morgan among other internationalists, has been dedicated since its inception to dismantling American sovereignty, and our Bill of Rights, and promoting the idea of One World Government!

Hardly one person in 1000 ever heard of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Until Trump both Republicans and Democrats controlled by the Eastern Establishment.

The Council Of Foreign Relations has gained a virtual lock-hold on the U.S. government, regardless of which party is in office. No other organization comes close to boasting the kind of clout that the CFR members have held: eight presidents of the U.S.; seven vice presidents; 17 secretaries of state; 20 secretaries of war/defense; 18 secretaries of the Treasury; 15 directors of the CIA. And on it has gone throughout the Cabinets, in seriatim — through Democrat and Republican administrations — with hundreds of deputy secretaries, assistant secretaries, etc.

The CFR Group on the Biden Team

Kamala Harris, Vice President (CFR through family; Harvard; DLA Piper; Uber through family)

Antony Blinken, Secretary of State (CFR member; Harvard and Columbia; WestExec)

Janet Yellen, Secretary of the Treasury (CFR member; Yale and Harvard; Brookings)

Lloyd Austin, Secretary of Defense (CFR member; WestExec; Raytheon)

Linda Thomas-Greenfield, UN Ambassador (CFR member; Albright Stonebridge)

Cecilia Rouse, Council of Economic Advisors (CFR director; Princeton; Rowe Price)

Alejandro Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security (CFR member; Wilmer Hale)

Jake Sullivan, National Security Advisor (CFR author; Yale and Oxford; Carnegie)

Ron Klain, Chief of Staff (CFR through family; Harvard; O’Melveny and Meyers)

John Kerry, Special Envoy for Climate (CFR member; Yale)

Susan Rice, Chief of Domestic Council (CFR member; Harvard, Oxford, and Stanford)

William J. Burns, Director of Central Intelligence (CFR member; Oxford; Carnegie)

Kurt M. Campbell, Indo-Pacific Tsar (CFR member; Harvard and Oxford; Asia Group)

Thomas Vilsack, Secretary of Agriculture (CFR member; Dairy Export Council)

Gina Raimondo, Secretary of Commerce (CFR member; Oxford; Point Judith Capital)

Eric S. Lander, Director of Office of Science and Technology (CFR member; Harvard)

Jeffery Zients, Counselor to the President (CFR member; Cranemere)

The CFR has only 3000 members yet they control over three-quarters of the nation's wealth. The CFR runs the State Department and the CIA. The CFR has placed 100 CFR members in every Presidential Administration and cabinet since Woodrow Wilson. They work together to misinform the President to act in the best interest of the CFR not the best interest of the American People. At least five Presidents (Eisenhower, Ford, Carter, Bush, and Clinton) have been members of the CFR. The CFR has packed every Supreme court with CFR insiders.

There is a book you should have in your files:

Pandorabox_payseur

https://archive.org/details/pandorabox_payseur

Summary of book:

After the ‘revolutionaries’ executed Queen Marie Antoinette, her son, Crown Prince Louis, still a toddler, was placed under house arrest at the Paris Temple. Two years later he was smuggled out in a laundry basket by his doctor, Dr Naudin. The retarded nephew of the Marquis de Jarjayes was substituted and he died in 1795. The prince was secretly taken to the Vendee Palace and given sanctuary by Prince Conde. He was later moved to a fortress on the River Rhine where he lived under the name of Baron de Richemont.

He arrived in England in February 1804 with the former royal paymaster of France, George Payseur, and was protected by King George III, the monarch at the time of the American War of Independence. The Prince changed his name again to Daniel Payseur while George Payseur became George Bayshore. King George III gave the prince, now Daniel Payseur, a ship and awarded George Bayshore 600 acres of land in North Carolina. When they arrived in America they were given help by the Boddie family, who were related to the British monarchy.

Before leaving England, the prince bought shares in the Virginia Company and once in America he acquired gold mines, including the Gold Hill Mining Company, which he purchased secretly using a trustee, George Newman, as his frontman or proxy. With the invention of the steam engine, Payseur began to build railroads and leased them to operating companies. He also established the Lancaster Manufacturing Company to produce timber for railroad products and the Lincolnton Iron Company which later located in Chicago and formed two subsidiaries, Carnegie Steel and Pullman Standard Company.

To provide fuel for locomotives (or so it was said), the Federal Government (the Virginia Company of which Payseur was a shareholder) allocated all land extending 100 feet either side of the tracks. Much larger areas of land alongside the railroads were also broken up into sections some ten miles square and half of these were given to Payseur who also bought up many others. Thus he and the railroads owned some of America’s prime real estate. Much of this legislation is in the 1854 Congressional Record. The Payseurs’ Lancaster Railway was, through the Alabama Mineral Company, the controller of Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, General Motors, Boeing, Ford and Standard Oil.

After the manipulated American Civil War in the 1860s, all railroads and real estate owned by the supporters of the losers, the southern Confederates, were confiscated and auctioned off at Wilmington, North Carolina. They were bought by nine trustees of Daniel Payseur at extremely low prices. A deed of trust was signed in Nashville between the railroad owners and the government establishing the United States Military Railroad system which granted the developers a monopoly over transport and communications.

All these agreements still apply. Payseur’s chief trustee and general manager was a Rothschild relative called Leroy Springs, formerly Leroy Springstein. It appears that Leroy Springs was a half brother to the American President, Abraham Lincoln. A lady called Nancy Hanks gave birth to a son in 1808 after an affair with Springs’ father. In his will his father left a large area of land in Huntsville, Alabama, to a son, Abraham Lincoln. Rumours that Lincoln was a Rothschild would appear to have a basis in fact. In the 1850s Lincoln’s own affair with a daughter of the German monarch Leopold in 1856, produced twin girls, Ella and Emily.

One of the descendants of this line was the billionaire, Howard Hughes. Many of the famous American families who appeared to be powerful in their own right turn out to have been leg-men for Payseur and the Virginia Company. Andrew Carnegie was a young employee at a Payseur steelworks who was used to front another company which Payseur called Carnegie Steel. The Vanderbilt family claim that a mansion called Biltmore is their country home. Not true.

Biltmore was constructed by the Payseur family as a hotel in the 1880s and it was operated by the Payseur trustees, the Vanderbilts, on a 99 year lease. Another Payseur trustee was J. P. Morgan, one of the most famous industrialists and bankers in American history. He was yet another face behind which those truly in control could hide the extent of their power.

Many of the major oil and mineral deposits in the US are on land owned by the railroad companies, and Payseur’s mineral rights were transferred to petrol and mining companies in exchange for a controlling shareholding. Other rights were leased to timber companies. After Daniel Payseur died in 1860, his fantastic empire was managed by his grandson, Lewis Cass Payseur, and the expansion continued apace. In 1872, a Payseur company, the Charleston, Cincinnati and Chicago Railroad, established a telegraph company called Western Union. It formed a subsidiary called AT and T in 1875 and today it is one of America’s biggest telephone and communication companies.

The Charleston, Cincinnati and Chicago Railroad company is the parent company for the Federal Reserve, the privately owned ‘central bank’ of the United States. The Payseur empire became heavily involved in banking. Their Bank of Lancaster became the North Carolina Bank and then Nationsbank. The biggest bank in Texas, Interfirst, of which George Bush is a director, merged in 1987 with Republic Bank to form First Republic. This was later absorbed by Nationsbank which then merged with the Bank of America.

That's an unwieldy committee for the day to day running of Biden. Who would you say is the inner circle which coordinates the so-called decisions currently? I feel certain that Obama and Rice figure as large in day to day operations, but something tells me that Obama takes orders and implements them. It would be good if we could address the present day rulers directly, and publicly attribute the results of their decisions to them. For 1 example, naming the individual(s) who ordered the jab mandate would be awesome, so that people could accord them due credit.

It is a long story you would have to go back to the Treaty of Paris in 1783 between the America and the King of England.

"In the mid-1700s the American Colonies were prospering, in part because they were issuing their own money called "Colonial Scrip," which was strictly regulated and did not require the payment of any interest.

When the bankers in Great Britain heard this, they turned to the British Parliament, which passed a law prohibiting the Colonial Scrip, forcing the colonists to accept the "debt" or "fiat" money* issued by the Bank of England.

Contrary to what history teaches, the American Revolution was not ignited by a tax on tea. According to Benjamin Franklin, it was because "the conditions [became] so reversed that the era of prosperity ended."

He said:

"The Colonies would gladly have borne the little tax on tea and other matters had it not been the poverty caused by the bad influence of the English bankers on the Parliament, which has caused in the Colonies hatred of England and the Revolutionary War."

When the Treaty of Paris was signed in 1783, most Americans thought that total Independence from England had been won.

The fact of the matter, however, is that true Independence from England never really materialized:

"Working with Hamilton, (Aaron) Burr helped raise subscriptions (shares) for a private company to improve the water supply of pestilence-ridden Manhattan, but Hamilton and Burr also secured a charter (underwriting) from the Bank of England.

New Yorkers were shocked to learn that the surplus capital from the venture had been used to establish the Bank of Manhattan, as the BNY was first known.

Twenty-five thousand shares were issued, of which 18,000 were held by investors in England. The Bank of England loaned the United States money in exchange for securities of the United States.

Now the creditors of the United States, which included the Bank of England, wanted to be paid the interest on the loans that were granted to the United States. So Hamilton came up with the bright idea of taxing alcohol. Consumers resisted, so President Washington sent out the militia to collect the tax - which they did.

That episode became known as the Whiskey Rebellion."

Note that the first unofficial Bank of the United States was 72% owned by "investors" in Great Britain.

we still see the creation of the First National Bank with 40% foreign ownership by the Banksters of England.

Going from 72% to 40% foreign ownership can be seen as a partial victory.

Yet, it was hardly enough to placate those that wanted a clean break from the British and their Bank of England. In 1811 the First Bank of the United States was dissolved. The primary argument being that "States Rights" gave the States, not the Federal government, the right to control currency.

Interestingly enough, this move gave more power to Bank of New York and its British Investors. At least in the commerce capital of the United States, New York City.

But, banksters being banksters, they wanted the whole enchilada. The British instigated for War through kidnapping American sailors and impressing them into the British Navy. The War of 1812 had begun.

The British won and the 2nd National Bank was created.

Again, the British owned a significant share in the operation and charged interest for using their worthless paper currency.

"The Second BUS was still controlled by the Bank of England and foreign investors, who not only profited greatly by charging interest for the use of their paper American currency, but England still resented American independence."

The consequences of our Colonial status with Great Britain can be seen in our National Debt (13 trillion dollars and growing), most of which is debt owed to the Bank of England.

It can also be seen in our high tax rates and the establishment of the Internal Revenue Service, which was created the same time as the Federal Reserve.

What's so funny about too many vaccine adverse reactions for the system to handle? Why are Dr Wenstrub and Dr Marks laughing about this? It's like Dr Evil, bwa ha ha ha. Literally, ha ha? Doesn't the fact that there are too many adverse reactions mean the vaccinations should have been stopped before another person was injured? Adding more staff so you can record more injuries? This is premeditated and literally, premedicated assault and murder. I'm in shock that a member of Congress is laughing about continuing to mandate vaccinations and thinking it's a software and personnel issue to be looked into as to why ALL THE ADVERSE REACTIONS couldn't be recorded in a timely fashion. My God, two doctors laughing about injuring their patients. Disgusting. THESE are the people we are depending on to FIX the problem? The same ones that CREATED it? Isn't that a conflict of interest right from the start?

I hear you Marjorie. If too many, then auto-pause was required. They knew they were only receiving reports from those that chose to report. Probably less than 30%, cause docs don't like to make those call against authorized safe and effect injections. They could project the real number of injured and that, well okay going as planned?

#AutoPause. I like that ALOT. I think it should be "codified" into law with that exact phrase. Meaning after a certain number of adverse reaction reports, the vaccine/drug/whatever, is AutoPaused. No if/ands/or/buts. By Law.

Wow, where to start? Venue for hearing Excuses. Yes, it’s a start, but way to skeptical on final outcome. Congressional response? Perhaps more appropriations?

China designed? Sure they did with no help from DOD or other USG depts. Probably gave grants to Michigan State University to develop, like they have been doing for decades. That’s how DOD got its overseas voting program, the NSA got its facial recognize program . . . MSU has an entire department run by Chinese nationals, ask TTV.

Russia is not fooling around with its country’s sovereignty. Neither are the other BRICS entities. US has abused its petro-dollar carrot/stick and currency dominance to everyone else’s detriment.

Trump wants someone with common sense. How about someone not already in the hands of globalist, if he can find that ‘one’ person. More than 4 years are required –

Biden never met an oligarch he didn’t like. Calling for hearings only lifts re-election chances for those in Congress. I believe that Biden will never suffer the results of any attempt to show the real man. It’s been known for almost two decades and even reported in dribbles by the msm over the years, including his family member. He is immune. If he wasn’t, this all would have come out when he ran for Pres.

I think that a lot of people who have been vaccine injured will not know or understand that they are vaccine injured because the injury or injuries sometimes take days, months, even years to manifest after taking the vaccine. There certainly needs to be a compensation program for the injured.

Want to believe that congress is waking up. I just wish that they would wake up faster.

I have a friend who along with his has been fanatical about Covid. Masks had to be N95 . They their vaccines plus boosters. Now my friend is having to retire and the end of semester because he is not well. He had Covid in Nov. and is just getting over Covid now again. He has had extreme blood pressure issues. His wife has Lupus. I really doubt they would ever think they were vaccine injured.

A guy at the swimming pool looked yellow. My husband and I noticed the yellow color this morning. I know he has had all his vaccines and boosters. Covid, flu, shingles, pneumonia. Last year he discovered he has diabetes. Is this vaccine related? I don’t know. But it is sure suspicious .

Here is some background information for context:

SWIFT has been used to impose economic sanctions on Iran, Russia, and Belarus.

Who Owns the SWIFT system?

SWIFT is a member-owned cooperative controlled by its shareholders (certain member financial institutions), representing some firms worldwide. SWIFT is overseen by the Group of Ten countries' G-10 central banks. These countries are Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The European country of Belgium acts as the lead overseer alongside other members such as the U.S. Federal Reserve.

Central banks oversee SWIFT from Group of Ten (G10) countries, but it is a neutral organization operating for all its members' benefit.

The World Before SWIFT

Before SWIFT, Telex was the only available means of message confirmation for international funds transfer. Low speed, security concerns, and a free message format hampered Telex. In other words, Telex did not have a unified system of codes like SWIFT to name banks and describe transactions. Telex senders had to describe every transaction in sentences that the receiver interpreted and executed. This led to many human errors, as well as slower processing times.

The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT) system powers most international money and security transfers. SWIFT is a vast messaging network used by financial institutions to quickly, accurately, and securely send and receive information, such as money transfer instructions. In this article, we explore what SWIFTdoes, how it works, and how it makes money.

More than 11,000 global SWIFT member institutions sent an average of 44.8 million messages daily through the network in November 2022.

“Nuclear Strike” on Dollar and the West: Russia Introduces BRICS Currency – It Will Be Based on the Golden Rule and Natural Resources! –

The BRICS currency was unveiled at a ceremony to celebrate the UAE's admission to the BRICS+ bloc in South Africa!

According to economists, the introduction of a single BRICS currency will significantly weaken the role of the dollar in world trade.

Information indicates that especially the UAE and Saudi Arabia are celebrating the development as the currency will be linked to oil (natural resources) and this means for these states a disconnection from the dollar and American hegemony.

The atmosphere is more than triumphant.

The move to a gold-backed trading currency will undermine the dollar's purchasing power, leading to higher oil and gas prices, particularly as depleted Western reserves need to be replenished ahead of the northern hemisphere's winter months.

We remind you that the BRICS group initially invited Saudi Arabia, Iran, Ethiopia, Egypt, Argentina and the United Arab Emirates to join the bloc.

Some key excerpts from Judge Andrew Napolitano's column below...

"I have argued in this column and elsewhere that the Biden administration sanctions imposed on Russian and American persons and businesses are profoundly unconstitutional because they are imposed by executive fiat rather than by legislation and because the sanctions constitute either the seizure of property without a warrant or the taking of property without due process.

When the feds seize a yacht from a person whom they claim may have financed Russian President Vladimir Putin’s rise to power, they are doing so in direct violation of the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment.

Similarly, when they freeze Russian assets in American banks, they engage in a seizure, and seizures can only constitutionally be done with a search warrant based on probable cause of crime.

As well, when the feds interfere with contract rights by prohibiting compliance with lawful contracts, that, too, implicates due process and can only be done constitutionally after a jury verdict in the government’s favor, at a trial at which the feds have proved fault..."

Re: Implosion of USD

The powers that be are shifting that implosion into overdrive this week, with the MSM cheerleading proposals to transfer the 300 billion of Russian assets to Ukraine...difficult to find stories identifying what the assets consist of, but it appears in part they are 67 billion in USD. I'm not sure how the muscle would be applied to have the other nation's assets transferred, but I think it would crush faith in the USD for international payments.
