In God we trust. When I read the constitution it is a literal guide to being a good free American. If you think of the good people in your life, the people that try to lift you and others (many right here) they are guiding you to understand, appreciate and make use of the freedoms granted to all of us through this extraordinary document. It is not about writing letters to elected officials or voting some good person into office who will do the right thing.
It is about the Ratification or Annulment of each line of every law, rule and regulation on the books or that is on the docket waiting to be turned into law and taxes.
That is what Citizenship is about.

Now, it is a known fact that the members of the US Congress and the State Legislatures do not have enough time to read or debate the particulars contained in any of the typically 100 new laws they vote on each day while in session.
Approximate facts:
a. Every day that the Congress and Legislatures are in session 100 new bills are introduced.
b. The representatives are given two weeks to review the laws before they are brought up for the Vote.
c. Two weeks into the session they begin voting on the Laws that were previously introduced.
d. Many laws are in excess of two thousand pages.
e. The math demonstrates that the "democratically elected representative" does not have the time to even read the name of the Law much less the content of it.
f. And since the duly elected incapable of evaluating 200 thousand pages of law speak per day they have forfeited their delegated obligation to represent us.
So, the only way to prevent these over worked and fallible people from making some more tragic mistakes from which we might never recover is to include ourselves, The Citizens, from whom the authority for government comes in the first place, in the decision making process.
The Electronic Congress
How it works:
1. Before a new law, tax, or expenditure can be put on the books it must first be Ratified by the Citizens.
2. Existing laws can be Annulled by the same super majority required to Ratify them.
Ross Perot went on to note that this can easily be done with computers and he called the program: THE ELECTRONIC TOWNHALL, and said, "it is only logical that it will become our Fourth Branch of Government".
This program can be applied to every branch of government and will solve every problem we have at every level.
To prevent chaos, the basic law, our Constitution and Bill of Rights, would be exempt from review.
Mr. Perot speculated that the Founding Fathers would probably have done the same had the technology been available in their day.
If our government truly is of the people, by the people and for the people then this is the only way forward.
How to implement it:
We talk about it until it is done.
We can acquire the text of a recent law and have AI parse its actionable elements, apply a questionnaire that the concerned Citizens can Ratify or Annul. Then distribute the link to the results.

I agree with much of this. However, I believe no bill should exceed 10 pages (or less), each must include a clear statement of purpose, each must address a SINGLE TOPIC ONLY, and each legislator must take a serious quiz and score at least 80% before being allowed to vote.
In Idaho, we have a terrific organization -- Idaho Freedom Foundation aka IFF (https://idahofreedom.org/) -- that evaluates the most important bills (we typically have more than 400 bills per 3-month session -- YIKES).
IFF evaluates bills on three criteria: Freedom, Spending, and Education, assigning a point value. It also provides brief description of the bills, their status in committee or on the floor, voting details for each district, and much more. My personal opinion is that civil and criminal courts must be separated.
The judges should be selected by lottery, the pool consisting of those qualified who want the job.

b. The representatives are given two weeks to review the laws before they are brought up for the Vote.
c. Two weeks into the session they begin voting on the Laws that were previously introduced.
d. Many laws are in excess of two thousand pages.
e. The math demonstrates that the "democratically elected representative" does not have the time to even read the name of the Law much less the content of it.
f. And since the duly elected incapable of evaluating 200 thousand pages of law speak per day they have forfeited their delegated obligation to represent us.
So, the only way to prevent these over worked and fallible people from making some more tragic mistakes from which we might never recover is to include ourselves, The Citizens, from whom the authority for government comes in the first place, in the decision making process.
The Electronic Congress
How it works:
1. Before a new law, tax, or expenditure can be put on the books it must first be Ratified by the Citizens.
2. Existing laws can be Annulled by the same super majority required to Ratify them.
Ross Perot went on to note that this can easily be done with computers and he called the program: THE ELECTRONIC TOWNHALL, and said, "it is only logical that it will become our Fourth Branch of Government".
This program can be applied to every branch of government and will solve every problem we have at every level.
To prevent chaos, the basic law, our Constitution and Bill of Rights, would be exempt from review.
Mr. Perot speculated that the Founding Fathers would probably have done the same had the technology been available in their day.
If our government truly is of the people, by the people and for the people then this is the only way forward.
How to implement it:
We talk about it until it is done.
We can acquire the text of a recent law and have AI parse its actionable elements, apply a questionnaire that the concerned Citizens can Ratify or Annul. Then distribute the link to the results.
Ask the local school board for their agenda items, have AI parse the actionable elements, create a questionnaire, distribute it to the concerned citizens and then evaluate the results.
When Human Beings made in the image of God can see the result of their noblest and most sober thoughts, at such a scale, then there will be the moment where Our Benevolence and Good Will shall overcome Evil and then we all live happily ever after.

Yes! Make it a responsibility of citizens to approve (or not) every spending proposal. Politicians propose but only citizens should be able to dispose.
I agree with much of this. However, I believe no bill should exceed 10 pages (or less), each must include a clear statement of purpose, each must address a SINGLE TOPIC ONLY, and each legislator must take a serious quiz and score at least 80% before being allowed to vote.
In Idaho, we have a terrific organization -- Idaho Freedom Foundation aka IFF (https://idahofreedom.org/) -- that evaluates the most important bills (we typically have more than 400 bills per 3-month session -- YIKES).
IFF evaluates bills on three criteria: Freedom, Spending, and Education, assigning a point value. It also provides brief description of the bills, their status in committee or on the floor, voting details for each district, and much more. In reference to the courts....
My personal opinion is that civil and criminal courts must be separated.
The judges should be selected by lottery, the pool consisting of those qualified who want the job.
This might prevent the establishment of fiefs and favoritism, and hopefully it might help prevent the Citizens from being bled to death over hurt feelings and commercial issues.
The jurors in a civil trial involving real estate must own property of a size equal to that being contested.
Before a suit can proceed, it must be authorized by a grand jury.
(But this is just my opinion.)
Good ideas. Today’s courts — many of them — are enabling political vendettas against people, many of them conservatives or patriots who stand up for others and have broken no laws.
And even when judges are elected officials, it’s nearly impossible to learn anything about them before voting.
Which is why I suggest a lottery to pick the judges... and use a Grand Jury to determine if the case has enough merit to proceed.

Sounds like we need support at the State level too. The Paxton interview at CPAC reporting your high court dumped 90 illegal voting cases and if I understood him correctly prevented further action against voter fraud - is mind boggling. Texas is so very important for conservative causes.

This kind of thing has been happening over and over in history. I'm an Easter European, Hungarian specifically.
